The Silver Stiletto toner from Manic Panic’s Classic Cream range is designed to clean up blonde tones in bleached and lightened hair. When applied to a very pale, pre-lightened blonde hair, this toner creates a stunning silver colour and helps to neutralise brassy tones. Lasts for 2-4 weeks, and no developer needed!
