This professional griddle has been created with ease of use in mind – with simple controls, and make out of durable, high quality stainless steel. The griddle can heat up to 300°C, with a large cooking area of 728mm by 400mm, with 4000W of power culminating in a fantastic griddle for commercial kitchens. This model is split half smooth and half ribbed/grooved cooking area.
