This professional griddle has been created with ease of use in mind – with simple controls, and make out of durable, high quality stainless steel. The griddle can heat up to 300°C, with a large cooking area of 728mm by 400mm, with 4400W of power culminating in a fantastic griddle for commercial kitchens.
