This professional griddle has been created with ease of use in mind – with simple controls, and make out of durable, high quality stainless steel. The griddle can heat up to 300°C, with a well sized cooking area of 548mm by 350mm, with 3000W of power culminating in a fantastic griddle for commercial kitchens.
